About us
Hikari Sushi Bar, contemporary Japanese cuisine, have presented ourselves with high quality ingredients, top skilled chefs and an excellent customer service from the start to serve the best Sushi in New Zealand.
In 2007, we opened our first branch in Queenstown Central and expanded to Dunedin and Christchurch.
Over the past 10 years, Hikari earned its fine reputation by each store having a unique characteristic style, yet seamless friendly service and uppermost authentic Japanese cuisine within the Hikari family.

Donburi

Fish, meat, vegetables or other ingredients simmered together and served over rice. Donburi meals are served in oversized rice bowls also called donburi.
